Sprott acquires Toscana Companies

Sprott has completed its acquisition of Toscana Capital Corporation and Toscana Energy Corporation, which have combined assets of approximately $160 million. “Through Toscana, we can offer exposure to the energy sector and develop a presence in Calgary,” says Peter Grosskopf, CEO of Sprott.
